this is absolutely brilliant! You capture people so well, I'm really really impressed. It also made me laugh a little where you wrote 'I'm not very good at this'... I write that a lot in my sketchbook as well (Moleskine?) but the difference is... in my book... it's true! I wish I could draw people like you! It's something I've always wanted to master but instead I doodle around with little cartoons.
