The Pidgeon Obsession

There once lived a little bearded man who used to sit in the park at night feeding pidgeons. Once the birds were preoccupied with the scattering of bread crumbs he would capture them in a net and take them back to his rotting apartment on the top floor. He would then dress the creatures in very odd minature outfits before setting them free into the city again.
